Iogurte Cremoso de Morango Diet
Ingredientes:
1 litro de leite desnatado
1 copo de iogurte natural desnatado
1 caixa de gelatina Diet sabor morango
½ xícara (chá) de água filtrada
2 xícaras (chá) de morangos picados e cozidos por 5 minutos
½ lata de leite condensado Diet
350 g de ricota peneirada
Modo de preparar:
Ferva o leite e deixe amornar. Misture o iogurte natural desnatado e mexa muito bem. Deixe descansar por 6 a 8 horas. Dissolva a gelatina Diet de morango em ½ xícara (chá) de água filtrada. Bata no liquidificador a mistura de leite desnatado e iogurte, a gelatina Diet de morango, os morangos, o leite condensado Diet e a ricota peneirada. Leve para gelar.
