Curau Diet
Ingredientes:
1 litro de leite desnatado
6 espigas de milho verde
1 colher sopa de amido de milho
1 pitada de sal
3 ½ colheres chá de adoçante para forno e fogão
canela para polvilhar
Modo de preparo:
Corte os grãos de milho bem rente à espiga, bata-os com a metade do leite em um liquidificador até ficar em consistência de creme. Passe a mistura por uma peneira. Numa panela, junte a mistura peneirada, o restante do leite, o amido de milho, o sal e o adoçante. Leve ao fogo brando, mexendo sempre por cerca de 20 minutos ou até que o creme fique encorpado. Retire do fogo, distribua o curau em fôrmas individuais e polvilhe a canela.
